Returns Policy


Each order is carefully packed before dispatch to ensure you are getting a quality product. However, should an item arrive faulty or damaged, we will happily arrange for a replacement to be sent to you immediately.

If you choose to exchange a product for any other reason then the delivery costs are non-refundable unless we have made an error on your order. In this instance the goods must be returned in original condition, unopened and unused and must be received within 30 days of purchase accompanied with proof of purchase, your name, contact details and reason for return. Items may be exchanged for items of the same value or in exchange for a credit note to the value of the item. Credit notes are valid for 12 months. Custom orders however cannot be returned or exchanged unless we have made an error on your order.

All returns must be pre-arranged with management and returned to us within 30 days of purchase. It is advisable to take insurance on your return post as we will not be held responsible for any product lost or damaged in delivery.
